- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
- 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken breast thoroughly and cut into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Cook the rice according to package instructions until soft and fluffy, then set aside.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, marinate the chicken cubes with turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt for 10 minutes.
- 4. Heat cooking oil in an air fryer-safe pan and add the marinated chicken cubes.
- 5. Air fry the chicken at 180°C for 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- 6. In the same pan, lightly sauté the Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans for 2–3 minutes for a crispy texture.
- 7. Combine the cooked rice with the sautéed beans and mix gently to infuse flavors.
- 8. Arrange the rice in serving bowls and top with the crispy chicken cubes.
- 9. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh turmeric for color and extra flavor.
