Ingredients

  • 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute until aromatic.
  3. 3. Stir in chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and all powdered spices, cooking until the mixture thickens.
  4. 4. Add chicken keema, mix well, and cook until the meat is fully browned and cooked through.
  5. 5. Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves for added flavor and remove from heat.
  6. 6. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour with a pinch of salt and gradually add water to form a soft dough.
  7. 7. Divide the dough into portions and roll out thin flatbreads using a rolling pin.
  8. 8. Heat a skillet and cook each flatbread for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly golden.
  9. 9. Place the cooked chicken keema onto the flatbreads and fold them into wraps.
