  • 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • loose Ginger
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chilies, garlic, and ginger.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; let them crackle for a few seconds.
  4. 4. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden and translucent.
  5. 5. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies, cooking until fragrant for about 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder; cook until the tomatoes soften and the spices blend well.
  7. 7. Add minced chicken to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
