- 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- loose Ginger
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chilies, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; let them crackle for a few seconds.
- 4. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden and translucent.
- 5. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies, cooking until fragrant for about 2 minutes.
- 6. Stir in chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder; cook until the tomatoes soften and the spices blend well.
- 7. Add minced chicken to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- 8. Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt; mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 9. In another pot, bring water to a boil and add the soaked rice and a pinch of salt.
- 10. Cook the rice until tender, then drain any excess water and fluff with a fork.
- 11. Serve the spiced chicken keema alongside the fragrant rice, garnished with chopped fresh cilantro.
