Ingredients
- 500 g Onion
- - Bell Peppers
- 20 g Oregano
- 140 g Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 100 g Pasta And Pizza Sauce
- Pcs Bri Bread Pizza
- 200 g Table Salt
- - Baby Tomatoes
- - Chicken Breakfast Sausages
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100G Biryani Masala (100g)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and soak the basmati rice for 20 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and sauté thinly sliced onions until golden brown.
- 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for 2 minutes until aromatic.
- 4. Stir in diced tomatoes, turmeric powder, and biryani masala, cooking until the oil separates.
- 5. Add chicken thighs and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat the chicken with spices.
- 6. Mix in yogurt and simmer for 5 minutes until the chicken is tender and infused with flavor.
- 7. Boil water in another pot, add salt, and cook the soaked rice until 70% done, then drain.
- 8. Layer the semi-cooked rice over the chicken mixture and sprinkle chopped mint and coriander leaves.
- 9. Cover the pan tightly and cook on low heat for 10 minutes to steam and finish cooking the rice.
- 10. Fluff the biryani gently with a fork and serve hot with a garnish of fresh coriander.
