  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Breast Boneless
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 5 ltr Guinea Filtered Groundnut Oil For Frying & Sauteing

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and set them aside.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix rice flour with ginger powder, paprika powder, chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Finely chop the fresh coriander leaves and green chilies, then add them to the rice flour mixture.
  4. 4. Gradually pour water into the rice flour mixture, stirring continuously to form a smooth, thick batter.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
  6. 6. Dip each piece of chicken into the prepared batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
