- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Breast Boneless
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Ginger Powder
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 5 ltr Guinea Filtered Groundnut Oil For Frying & Sauteing
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and set them aside.
- 2. In a bowl, mix rice flour with ginger powder, paprika powder, chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- 3. Finely chop the fresh coriander leaves and green chilies, then add them to the rice flour mixture.
- 4. Gradually pour water into the rice flour mixture, stirring continuously to form a smooth, thick batter.
- 5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
- 6. Dip each piece of chicken into the prepared batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
- 7. Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 8. Remove the fried chicken crispies from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
