Ingredients
- Pcs Everest Rajma Masala 50g
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Garlic
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rajma and soak it in water overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- 2. Cook the soaked rajma in a pressure cooker with 300 ml of water and a pinch of salt until tender.
- 3. Rinse millet thoroughly and cook it with 200 ml of water until fluffy; set aside.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 5. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 6. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- 7. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt; cook until tomatoes soften and form a paste.
- 8. Mix in the cooked rajma and simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the spices to blend.
- 9. Plate cooked millet and top it with the rajma mixture.
- 10. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
