Wholesome Rajma-Garlic Millet Bowl recipe

Ingredients

  • Pcs Everest Rajma Masala 50g
  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the rajma and soak it in water overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  2. 2. Cook the soaked rajma in a pressure cooker with 300 ml of water and a pinch of salt until tender.
  3. 3. Rinse millet thoroughly and cook it with 200 ml of water until fluffy; set aside.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  5. 5. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  7. 7. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt; cook until tomatoes soften and form a paste.
  8. 8. Mix in the cooked rajma and simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the spices to blend.
  9. 9. Plate cooked millet and top it with the rajma mixture.
  10. 10. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
