Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 175 g Lemon - Imported
- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 100 g Noice Focaccia Bread (Freshly Made)
- 200 g Freshcon Cooked Salad Mix
- 500g to 700g Turkey
- 500 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Tin)
- 1 kg Puro Healthy Salt (Sendha Namak)
- 50 g On1Y Black Peppercorns With Grinder
- 1 pack (500 g) Natureland Organics Chana Besan
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. In an ovenproof dish, toss 10 cups of focaccia bread pieces with 2 cloves of minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the bread begins to crisp.
- 2. Lay 10 slices of halal turkey over the focaccia bread pieces and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the turkey is warmed through and slightly crisped.
- 3. While the bread and turkey bake, bring a saucepan of water to a gentle boil for poaching the chickpea flour. In a large salad bowl, whisk together the juice of 1 lemon, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create a dressing.
- 4. Poach the chickpea flour in simmering water for 4 minutes, or until the mixture is set. Use a slotted spoon to carefully remove it and set it aside.
- 5. Toss 4 cups of salad mix with the baked bread, turkey, and dressing. Divide the salad among plates, top with shaved Parmesan from 3 ounces of cheese, and place a poached chickpea flour on each serving. Serve immediately.
