- 200 g Dates With Walnuts
- 100 Ml Gowardhan Ghee
- - Green Cardamom Powder
- - Coconut Flour
Instructions
- 1. Remove seeds from the Fabbox dates and chop them into small pieces.
- 2. Roughly chop the walnuts and keep them aside.
- 3. Heat a pan on medium flame and add Govind cow ghee.
- 4. Add the chopped dates to the melted ghee and sauté until they become soft.
- 5. Stir in the chopped walnuts and cook for a few minutes, ensuring both are well combined.
- 6. Sprinkle a pinch of Katdare green cardamom powder into the mixture for flavor.
- 7. Add Nutrashil desiccated coconut flour to the pan and mix thoroughly.
- 8. Cook the mixture for a couple more minutes until everything is well blended and the texture is sticky.
- 9. Remove the pan from heat and let it cool slightly.
- 10. Once cool enough to handle, form small laddoos (balls) by rolling portions of the mixture between your palms.
- 11. Place the laddoos on a plate and let them set at room temperature before serving.
