- 200 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 100 g Pasteurised Butter
- Pcs Cad Chocolate Oreo
- 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
- 70G Maretti Oven Baked Bruschette Mediterranean Vegetables Chips (70g)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water and cook it in 200 ml water over medium heat until fluffy and set aside.
- 2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and marinate with cornstarch, soy sauce, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the tofu cubes until golden and lightly crisp on the outside. Remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and Ching's Secret Chilli Oil Crunchy; sauté until fragrant for about 1 minute.
- 5. Add the diced carrot, capsicum, and spring onions to the pan, stirring occasionally, and cook until slightly tender but still crunchy.
- 6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and a pinch of rock salt to make the stir-fry sauce.
