Ingredients

  • 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
  • 180 ml Mother Dairy Milk
  • 200 g Green Peas (Peeled)
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g Lettuce Mix
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • 500 g Organically Grown Sweet Potato
  • 5 ltr Saffola Sunflower And Rice Bran Blended Cooking Oil - Free 1 L Pouch
  • 2 x 170 ml Masterchow White Vinegar - Pack Of 2
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and chop 50 lb of potatoes into chunks. Boil them in a large pot of water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and mash with 3 cups of olive oil and 12 cups milk until smooth.
  2. 2. Peel and slice 2 lb of sweet potato. Steam them until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Warm 4 cups of peas in a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Slice 4 lb of onions thinly and toss them with lettuce to prepare a fresh salad.
  5. 5. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of oil, 1 cup of vinegar, and 5 lb of sugar. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens into a glaze, about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve the mashed potatoes, steamed sweet potato, and warmed peas alongside the salad, drizzling the glaze over the vegetables for added flavor.
