Ingredients

  • 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
  • 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 125 g Red Bell Pepper
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 500 ml Sids Farm Toned Milk
  • 200 g Cremeitalia Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub the potatoes clean and pierce them several times with a fork. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour until tender.
  2. 2. While the potatoes bake, melt the Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the diced green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and sweet onion. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  4. 4. Slice the tops off the potatoes and carefully scoop out the pulp, leaving the skins intact to form a shell. Place the potato pulp in a mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Mash the potato pulp and mix in Sids Farm Toned Milk, cremeitalia sour cream, and the sautéed vegetables. Stir until well combined.
  6. 6. Spoon the potato mixture back into the potato shells, mounding it slightly. Place the stuffed potatoes on a baking sheet.
  7. 7. Skip this step as it references a phantom ingredient.
  8. 8. Bake the stuffed potatoes at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, or until heated through. Serve warm.
