Ingredients
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kabuli Chana (Big Size)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Cut out the stems and seeds from 2 green bell peppers using a small knife. Rinse the peppers thoroughly.
- 3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and carefully place the peppers in the boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove and drain them.
- 4. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/3 cup cooked whole farm premium kabuli chana, 1/2 cup pastazara finely chopped tomatoes, 1/4 tsp akar powder salt, and 1/4 tsp tata sampann pure black pepper powder. Mix well to create the stuffing.
- 5. Stuff the boiled peppers with the prepared mixture, pressing it down gently to fill them completely.
- 6. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
