- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 500 g Carrot
- 200 g Milky Mist Cream Cheese
- 200 g Mother Dairy Paneer
- 250 g Zucchini Green
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 400 g Agapi Protein Greek Yogurt (Natural)
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 990 g Kellogg'S Oats
Instructions
- 1. In a large saucepan, cook 1 diced onion, 1 grated carrot, and 1 cup diced zucchini in slightly salted water until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain well.
- 2. While the vegetables are still hot, stir in 100 g cream cheese until completely melted and combined.
- 3. Add 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup diced green capsicum, 1 cup crumbled paneer, and 4 tablespoons olive oil. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- 4. Stir in 1 cup cooked oats into the vegetable mixture, ensuring everything is evenly combined.
- 5. Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased 3-quart baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- 6. Sprinkle 1/4 cup oats over the top and drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil evenly over the oats.
- 7. Bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dish is bubbling. Serve hot.
