- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 5Ltr Vittorio Pomace Olive Oil
- 750 g Dabur 100 % Pure Honey (Refill Pouch)
- 200 g Organigram Chia Seeds
- 250 g Tops Dark Soy Sauce
- 500 g Whole Farm Grocery Raisins 500 G
- 52 g On1Y Seed Cardamom Powder
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
- 200 g Food Library The Magic Of Nature Hungarian Sweet Paprika Powder
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- 2. Layer 2 cups of chickpeas evenly on the bottom of a large oven-safe pot.
- 3. Place 4 whole potatoes on top of the chickpeas. If using, sprinkle 4 tablespoons of chia seeds among the potatoes.
- 4. Add 1 Sambar onion, quartered, and 1 clove of garlic, peeled, to the pot.
- 5. Drizzle 1/4 cup of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce over the ingredients.
- 6. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of raisins, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon evenly over the mixture.
- 7. Add enough water to cover all the ingredients, then cover the pot with a lid.
- 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 hours, checking occasionally to ensure there is enough liquid.
- 9. Once cooked, remove from the oven, stir gently, and serve warm.
