Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 500 g Dairy Craft Unsalted White Butter
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 500 g Whole Farm Grocery Raisins 500 G
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 100 g The Baker'S Dozen Zero Maida Pita Bread, Whole Wheat
Instructions
- 1. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a large frypan over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add 1 cup diced onion and 1 cup diced green pepper to the pan. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 1 cup chopped green olives and 1 cup raisins, mixing well.
- 4. Add 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste, 1 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- 5. Pour in 1/2 cup water and 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 6. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 7. Spoon the mixture evenly onto 8 buns and serve immediately.
