Ingredients
- 2 Pieces Daily Apple (Sebu)
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 1 ltr Real Fruit Power Tomato Juice
- 2 ltr Figaro Extra Light Olive Oil
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kabuli Chana (Big Size)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add the rinsed kabuli chana to the skillet along with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked kabuli chana, sautéed onion mixture, diced apple, chopped celery, and tomato juice. Mix thoroughly.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is slightly browned and the casserole is heated through.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
