- 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
- 100 g Mother Dairy Salted Butter
- 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
- 150 g Cadbury Cocoa Powder Mix
Instructions
- 1. Combine 1 finely chopped Sambar Onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 egg, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Mix well with your hands.
- 2. Form the mixture into 4 (1/2-inch thick) patties, shaped like a steak.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the patties on both sides, about 3 to 5 minutes per side. Set the browned patties aside and let them cool.
- 4. In the same skillet, add 2 cups sliced mushrooms, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, and 2 tablespoons flour. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the butter has melted and the flour is cooked through.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat and pour in 2 cups vegetable broth made from 2 Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes dissolved in water. Return the pan to the heat and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes more. Remove from the heat and let cool.
- 6. In a microwave-safe plastic TV dinner tray, place the patties in the largest compartment and cover each with 1/4 of the sauce.
- 7. Put 1/2 cup bread crumbs into another section and top with 1 teaspoon butter.
- 8. Put 1/2 cup broccoli florets in another section and top with 1 teaspoon butter.
- 9. Skip this step.
- 10. Cover the whole tray with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.
- 11. When ready to eat, remove from the freezer. Microwave on high for 6 minutes, then on medium for 3 minutes. Let rest for 1 minute, carefully remove the plastic wrap, and serve.
