  • 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
  • 100 g Mother Dairy Salted Butter
  • 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
  • 150 g Cadbury Cocoa Powder Mix

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine 1 finely chopped Sambar Onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 egg, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Mix well with your hands.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 (1/2-inch thick) patties, shaped like a steak.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the patties on both sides, about 3 to 5 minutes per side. Set the browned patties aside and let them cool.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add 2 cups sliced mushrooms, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, and 2 tablespoons flour. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the butter has melted and the flour is cooked through.
  5. 5. Remove the pan from the heat and pour in 2 cups vegetable broth made from 2 Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes dissolved in water. Return the pan to the heat and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes more. Remove from the heat and let cool.
  6. 6. In a microwave-safe plastic TV dinner tray, place the patties in the largest compartment and cover each with 1/4 of the sauce.
  7. 7. Put 1/2 cup bread crumbs into another section and top with 1 teaspoon butter.
  8. 8. Put 1/2 cup broccoli florets in another section and top with 1 teaspoon butter.
  9. 9. Skip this step.
  10. 10. Cover the whole tray with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.
  11. 11. When ready to eat, remove from the freezer. Microwave on high for 6 minutes, then on medium for 3 minutes. Let rest for 1 minute, carefully remove the plastic wrap, and serve.
