  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Amul Diced Cheddar
  • 150 g Cornitos Sea Salt Nachos Chips
  • 500 g Truefarm Organic Red Kidney Beans Pack (Capparadavare)
  • 1 kg Rice

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large skillet, combine 1 pack of red kidney beans, 1 cup of rice, and 1 minced garlic clove. Stir well and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. 4. Crush 1 cup of tortilla chips and sprinkle them evenly over the top of the mixture.
  5. 5. Top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, ensuring it covers the tortilla chips.
