- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 pack (1 kg) Amul Diced Cheddar
- 150 g Cornitos Sea Salt Nachos Chips
- 500 g Truefarm Organic Red Kidney Beans Pack (Capparadavare)
- 1 kg Rice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large skillet, combine 1 pack of red kidney beans, 1 cup of rice, and 1 minced garlic clove. Stir well and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- 3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- 4. Crush 1 cup of tortilla chips and sprinkle them evenly over the top of the mixture.
- 5. Top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, ensuring it covers the tortilla chips.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
