Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 200 g Mushroom Button
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 100 g Amul Butter Chiplets
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste

Instructions

  1. 1. Melt 1 stick of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add 1 diced onion, 3 diced green peppers, and 1 cup of sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute, ensuring the garlic is fragrant but not burnt.
  4. 4. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1/4 cup of water to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Do not overcook the vegetables.
  6. 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve the sauce hot over pasta, roasted vegetables, or as a topping for vegetarian protein options like tofu or tempeh.
