  • 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large casserole dish, layer 2 cups of diced bell pepper evenly across the bottom.
  3. 3. Add a layer of 2 cups of diced green bell pepper, followed by 1 cup of chopped onion.
  4. 4. Spread 2 cups of cooked and chopped mushrooms evenly over the vegetables.
