- 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large casserole dish, layer 2 cups of diced bell pepper evenly across the bottom.
- 3. Add a layer of 2 cups of diced green bell pepper, followed by 1 cup of chopped onion.
- 4. Spread 2 cups of cooked and chopped mushrooms evenly over the vegetables.
- 5. Add a layer of 2 cups of diced tomatoes, spreading them evenly.
- 6. Top with 2 cups of thinly sliced zucchini as the final layer.
- 7. Season each layer lightly with salt and pepper as you go.
