Ingredients
- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
Instructions
- 1. Wash and prepare all vegetables: dice 7 tomatoes, 7 cups of onions, and 4 cups of green peppers.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, onions, and green peppers with 8 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of turmeric, and 3 tsp of your preferred natural food coloring (optional). Mix well.
- 3. Wash and sterilize 10 pint jars by boiling them in water for 10 minutes. Allow them to dry completely.
- 4. Fill the sterilized jars with the salsa mixture, leaving about 1/2 inch of headspace at the top.
- 5. Seal the jars with lids and process them in a pressure canner at 11 pounds of pressure for 10 minutes.
- 6. Allow the jars to cool completely before storing them in a cool, dark place. Serve the salsa as a dip, topping, or side dish for dinner.
