Ingredients

  • 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
  • 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and prepare all vegetables: dice 7 tomatoes, 7 cups of onions, and 4 cups of green peppers.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, onions, and green peppers with 8 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of turmeric, and 3 tsp of your preferred natural food coloring (optional). Mix well.
  3. 3. Wash and sterilize 10 pint jars by boiling them in water for 10 minutes. Allow them to dry completely.
  4. 4. Fill the sterilized jars with the salsa mixture, leaving about 1/2 inch of headspace at the top.
  5. 5. Seal the jars with lids and process them in a pressure canner at 11 pounds of pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Allow the jars to cool completely before storing them in a cool, dark place. Serve the salsa as a dip, topping, or side dish for dinner.
