Ingredients

  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 50 g On1Y Black Peppercorns With Grinder
  • 200 g Whole Farm Premium Black Small Mustard Seeds
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
  • 500 ml I'Mwow Apple Cider Vinegar (With Mother)
  • 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Zoff Big Fennel Seeds Whole - Saunf

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup diced cucumber, 3 cups shredded cabbage, 1 diced bell pepper, and 2 grated carrots. Mix well to combine.
  2. 2. In a small saucepan, combine 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 cup cider vinegar, and 1/2 cup sugar.
  3. 3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is warmed through. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  4. 4. Pour the cooled vinegar mixture over the vegetables in the bowl. Toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
  5. 5. Transfer the relish to an airtight container and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
