Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 kg Lo! Foodlow Gi Rice (Sona Masoori Diabetic Care Rice For Sugar Control)
- 200 g Hello Tempayy Simply Natural Tempeh Crumbles
Instructions
- 1. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Add the crumbled tempeh to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
- 3. Stir in the soy sauce and 1/4 cup of water. Mix well to combine.
- 4. Add the cooking rice and mixed Chinese vegetables to the skillet. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the rice is fully hydrated. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 6. Remove the skillet from heat and let it rest for 2 minutes. Serve warm with additional soy sauce on the side, if desired.
