- 100 g Celery Stalk

- 500 g Onion
- 1 pc Cabbage Red
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 diced garden onion, 1 diced green pepper, 1 diced red onion, 2 diced celery stalks, and 2 diced bell peppers to the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
- 3. Stir in 1/2 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon salt, mixing well to combine.
- 4. Add 500 g shredded cabbage and 1 cup water to the skillet. Stir everything together and cover with a lid.
- 5. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and the flavors are well combined.
