- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 1 kg Yellow Moong Dal
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- - Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- - CHITALE COW GHEE POUCH 200ML
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
Instructions
- Rinse rice and lentils together until water runs clear.
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker or deep pot over medium flame.
- Add cumin seeds and turmeric, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add seasonal vegetables and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add rinsed rice, lentils, salt, and 3 cups of water. Stir to combine.
- Pressure cook for 2 whistles or simmer covered for 20 minutes until fully cooked.
