  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
  • 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
  • 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion and 2 cups of uncooked rice to the skillet. Stir frequently and cook until the rice is lightly toasted and the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in 1 finely chopped tomato, 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 2 cups of vegetable stock.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and has absorbed the liquid.
