Ingredients

  • 200 g Lady Finger Diced (Bhendi Cut)
  • 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and trim 1 1/2 cups of okra, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel and dice 2 medium potatoes into small cubes.
  2. 2. Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add 1 diced onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the diced potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.
  5. 5. Add the okra to the skillet, season with 1 teaspoon of salt, and cook for another 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
  6. 6. Adjust seasoning if needed, remove from heat, and serve warm as a main dish or side.
