Ingredients
- 50 g Chukde Clove Whole
- 100 g The Select Aisle Baking Soda
- 200 g Livyor Raw Sunflower Seeds
- 1 pack (100 g) Town Grocer Black Raisins
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 1 pack (25 g) Snapin Nutmeg Powder
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 5 kg Organic Tattva Whole Wheat Flour Chakki Atta
- 48 x 250 ml Bisleri Packaged Water - Pack Of 48
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease an angel cake pan ring with oil or vegan butter.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups raisins and 1 cup water. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes to soften the raisins.
- 3. Stir in 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon clove, and 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil. Mix well and set aside.
- 4. In a separate bowl, mix together 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, and 1/2 cup sunflower seeds.
- 5. Gradually combine the dry mixture with the raisin mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
- 6. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared angel cake pan ring.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully remove it and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- 9. Serve plain.
