Ingredients
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
- 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 100 g Garlic
- 250 g Spinach
- 1 pc Avocado
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- - Rice Vinegar
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu (Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer) for 15-30 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cube it into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste), 1 tablespoon of Champion Oil, and 2 tablespoons of Soya Sauce. Add the tofu cubes and toss to coat evenly. Let the tofu marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 3. While the tofu marinates, mince 2 cloves of Garlic and prepare the other ingredients. Wash a handful of Spinach and slice the Avocado into thin slices.
- 4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of Champion Oil. Sauté the minced Garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- 5. Add the marinated tofu to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
- 6. Stir in the Spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes, just until wilted.
- 7. To assemble, arrange the cooked tofu and spinach mixture in a bowl. Top with slices of Avocado and drizzle with Hot Sauce to taste.
- 8. Optional: Add extra Soya Sauce or Champion Oil for additional flavor and serve hot.
