Ingredients
- 300 G Yokoso Soba Noodles
- 100 g Garlic
- 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Start by finely chopping the garlic and slicing the spring onions. Set these aside for later use.
- 2. Cook the guksu noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain them and set them aside.
- 3. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes. In a pan, heat some sesame oil and fry the tofu until golden brown on all sides. Remove the tofu from the pan and keep it aside.
- 4. In the same pan, add a little more sesame oil and sauté the chopped garlic until it's fragrant.
- 5. Lower the heat and add the gochugaru spice, stirring it quickly to avoid burning. Then, add the soy sauce to create a rich, spicy sauce. Mix well.
- 6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing them well in the sauce until they are fully coated.
- 7. Finally, add the fried tofu and spring onions to the noodles, mixing everything until well combined and heated through.
- 8. Serve your Vegan Gochugaru Spicy Noodles hot, garnished with additional spring onions if desired.
