  • 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Kg Freshos Polenta Bramata
  • 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
  • 1 kg Akar Powder Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cornmeal, 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions, 2 cups of diced tomatoes, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well to form a thick batter.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Scoop spoonfuls of the batter into the skillet, flattening them slightly to form small cakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
