Ingredients

  • 200 g Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
  • 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
  • 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
  • 1 pack (500 g) Popular Essentials Regular Maida Flour

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 500 g of cauliflower florets and cook until tender but not overly soft, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of maida, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, and 1/2 tsp paprika. Gradually add water while stirring until a smooth, thick batter forms.
  3. 3. Break the cooked cauliflower into small, bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Heat a frying pan with enough vegetable oil to shallow fry over medium heat.
  5. 5. Dip each cauliflower piece into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, and carefully place it into the hot oil. Fry in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. 7. Serve the fritters warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
