  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 35 g Keya Foods Italian Seasoning
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • - Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, bring 400 ml of water to a boil, add the rice, and cook for 10 minutes until tender.
  3. 3. While the rice cooks, dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and half the Italian seasoning.
