- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 35 g Keya Foods Italian Seasoning
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- - Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2. In a saucepan, bring 400 ml of water to a boil, add the rice, and cook for 10 minutes until tender.
- 3. While the rice cooks, dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and half the Italian seasoning.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 5. Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
