Ingredients

  • 1 ltr Real Fruit Power Pineapple Juice
  • 200 g Pineapple Chunks
  • 400 Ml Kara Coconut Cream
  • 1 pc Pineapple

Instructions

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup pineapple juice and 1 packet of vanilla pudding mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, toss 1 cup diced pineapple, 1 cup mixed fruits (such as mango, kiwi, and berries), and 3/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or cashews).
  3. 3. Once the pudding mixture has cooled, pour it over the fruit and nut mixture. Gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Add 1/3 cup shredded coconut to the bowl and mix lightly to incorporate.
