Ingredients
- 700 g Papaya (Papai)
- 370 g Bonne Maman Apricot Preserve Marmalade Fruit Jam
- 1 ltr Tropicana Orange Delight Juice
- 200 g Muskmelon Diced
- 500 g Grapes Green Seedless
- 90 g x 4 Mamie Yova Fruit Yoghurt Strawberry
Instructions
- 1. Peel and seed the cantaloupe and honeydew melon, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Peel the papaya, remove the seeds, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the cantaloupe, honeydew melon, papaya, and seedless grapes.
- 4. Cover the bowl and chill the fruit mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 5. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, apricot preserves, and orange juice until smooth and well combined.
- 6. Just before serving, pour the yogurt dressing over the chilled fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
