  • 250 g Spinach
  • 400 G Rice Paper Sheets
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 100 g Garlic

Instructions

  1. 1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into thin strips.
  2. 2. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain and pat dry.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and minced garlic to prepare the dressing.
  4. 4. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden and aromatic, then set aside.
  5. 5. Dip each rice paper sheet in warm water for 10 seconds until pliable, then place it on a clean surface.
