- 250 g Spinach
- 400 G Rice Paper Sheets
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- - Rice Vinegar
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 100 g Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into thin strips.
- 2. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain and pat dry.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and minced garlic to prepare the dressing.
- 4. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden and aromatic, then set aside.
- 5. Dip each rice paper sheet in warm water for 10 seconds until pliable, then place it on a clean surface.
- 6. Arrange tofu strips, blanched spinach, chopped spring onions, and toasted sesame seeds on the rice paper.
- 7. Drizzle a small amount of the sesame-soy dressing over the filling before rolling.
- 8. Fold the sides of the rice paper inward and roll tightly to form a neat cylinder.
- 9. Repeat the process for remaining rice paper sheets and ingredients.
- 10. Serve the rolls with the remaining sesame-soy dressing as a dipping sauce.
