Ingredients

  • - Fresh Tofu
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 50G Suhana Meatmutton
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 30 Kg Star Smsteam Rice30kg Bag
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and soak the long-grain rice in water for 20 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2. In a pot, boil 2 cups of water and add the soaked rice with a pinch of salt. Cook until tender and fluffy.
  3. 3. While the rice cooks, dice the tofu into bite-sized cubes and finely chop garlic, chili, and coriander.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté garlic, green chili, and ginger powder until aromatic.
  5. 5. Add the tofu cubes to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes until lightly golden on all sides.
  6. 6. Sprinkle Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix and grated fresh turmeric over the tofu, stirring well to coat evenly.
  7. 7. Toss in the Frozen Mixed Vegetables and cook for 7 minutes until they are tender but still vibrant.
  8. 8. Adjust salt and add a splash of water if needed to create a light sauce for the tofu and vegetables.
  9. 9. Fluff the cooked rice, then layer it in serving bowls and top with the spiced tofu and vegetable mix.
