- 200 g Paneer
- 50 g Honey
- 200 g Berries Mix
- 100 G Pudina/Mint (100Gm)
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 500 g Onion
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- - Garlic Paste
- 100 G Kolhapuri Masala
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into cubes and lightly pan-fry in oil until golden brown.
- 2. Chop the cauliflower, bell pepper, tomatoes, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic paste, and sauté until fragrant.
- 4. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Mix in the Kolhapuri masala and sauté for 1-2 minutes to release its flavor.
- 6. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
- 7. Stir in the cauliflower and bell pepper, cooking until they begin to tenderize.
- 8. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes.
- 9. Add the fried tofu and cook for another 3-4 minutes, ensuring it absorbs the flavors.
- 10. Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
