Ingredients
- 500 G Brown Rice
- 500 g Onion
- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- loose Ginger
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Rice Vinegar
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the brown rice thoroughly and cook it in a pot with 2 cups of water until tender.
- 2. Press the tofu gently to remove excess water and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a large pan and sauté chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies for 1 minute.
- 4. Add diced onions to the pan and cook until they turn translucent, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Toss in the tofu cubes and stir-fry for 5 minutes until lightly golden on all sides.
- 6. Add the spinach leaves to the pan and cook until they wilt, about 2-3 minutes.
- 7. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper into a smooth sauce.
- 8. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir well to coat all ingredients evenly.
- 9. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and adheres to the tofu and spinach.
- 10. Serve the stir-fry hot over cooked brown rice, garnished with chopped spring onions.
