Ingredients
- - Fresh Tofu
- 250 g Spinach
- - Rice Flour
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into small cubes.
- 2. Wash and chop spinach leaves finely, removing the stems if tough.
- 3. Blend the onion, tomato, garlic, and ginger into a smooth paste.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds until they crackle.
- 5. Add the blended paste and cook for 5 minutes until aromatic.
- 6. Stir in turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- 7. Add tofu cubes and spinach to the pan, mixing well with the masala.
- 8. Pour in coconut milk and let it simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- 9. Mix rice flour with water to form a smooth batter for wraps.
- 10. Heat a flat pan, spread the batter thinly to make rice wraps.
- 11. Cook the wraps on both sides until lightly golden and pliable.
- 12. Fill each wrap with the tofu and spinach masala mixture.
- 13. Roll the wraps tightly and serve warm with a side of chutney.
