Ingredients

  • - Fresh Tofu
  • 250 g Spinach
  • - Rice Flour
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into small cubes.
  2. 2. Wash and chop spinach leaves finely, removing the stems if tough.
  3. 3. Blend the onion, tomato, garlic, and ginger into a smooth paste.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds until they crackle.
  5. 5. Add the blended paste and cook for 5 minutes until aromatic.
  6. 6. Stir in turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  7. 7. Add tofu cubes and spinach to the pan, mixing well with the masala.
  8. 8. Pour in coconut milk and let it simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  9. 9. Mix rice flour with water to form a smooth batter for wraps.
  10. 10. Heat a flat pan, spread the batter thinly to make rice wraps.
  11. 11. Cook the wraps on both sides until lightly golden and pliable.
