- 80 g Soya Chunks
- 50 g Everest Chicken Masala
- 500 g Moong Dal
- - Fresh Tofu
- 100 G Paneer Masala
- 100 g Quinoa
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
- - Besan
- - Bell Peppers
- 500 g Curd
- - Green Chutney
- 250 g Cucumber
- 200 g Tamarind Date Chutney
- - Dhokla
- 500 g Rice Flour
- 200 g Table Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds until they crackle.
- 3. Finely chop the onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili, then sauté them in the pan until golden brown.
- 4. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the pan, cooking until soft and mushy.
- 5. Add turmeric, coriander powder, and salt, stirring well to combine the spices.
- 6. Toss in the tofu cubes, ensuring they are evenly coated in the spice mixture.
- 7. Add the spinach leaves and cook for 5-7 minutes until they wilt and release water.
- 8. Pour in 100 ml of water and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 9. Sprinkle garam masala over the dish and stir well to enhance the flavor.
- 10. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the masala to thicken slightly.
- 11. Turn off the heat and let the dish rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
