Ingredients

  • 80 g Soya Chunks
  • 50 g Everest Chicken Masala
  • 500 g Moong Dal
  • - Fresh Tofu
  • 100 G Paneer Masala
  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
  • - Besan
  • - Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Curd
  • - Green Chutney
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 200 g Tamarind Date Chutney
  • - Dhokla
  • 500 g Rice Flour
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds until they crackle.
  3. 3. Finely chop the onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili, then sauté them in the pan until golden brown.
  4. 4. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the pan, cooking until soft and mushy.
  5. 5. Add turmeric, coriander powder, and salt, stirring well to combine the spices.
  6. 6. Toss in the tofu cubes, ensuring they are evenly coated in the spice mixture.
  7. 7. Add the spinach leaves and cook for 5-7 minutes until they wilt and release water.
  8. 8. Pour in 100 ml of water and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Sprinkle garam masala over the dish and stir well to enhance the flavor.
