Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
- 200 g Freshcon Cooked Basmati Rice
- 6 pcs Licious Brown Eggs
- 250 g Sardar Chicken Sausage / Frankfurter
- 1 Kg Freshows Edamame Without Pod
- 100 g Jalapeno Green
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet or wok, fry 1 sliced chicken sausage over medium heat until crispy. Remove the sausage and set aside, leaving the grease in the pan.
- 2. Add 1 diced Sambar onion, 3 chopped celery stalks, and 200 g sliced white shimeji mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté in the sausage grease for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- 3. Add 2 cups of cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the sautéed vegetables.
- 4. Add 1 cup of edamame and 1 diced jalapeno to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- 5. Beat 2 eggs in a small bowl, then push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet. Pour the eggs into the empty side and scramble until fully cooked. Mix the scrambled eggs into the rice.
- 6. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the skillet. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 7. Sprinkle the reserved crispy sausage over the top and serve immediately.
