Ingredients
- 180 g Button Mushroom
- 100G Cheese Cashews (100g)
- 180Ml Real Thai Original Thai Cuisine Pad Thai Sauce (180ml )
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Wash and slice the mushrooms and chop the red bell pepper, onion, garlic, green chili, and spring onions finely.
- 2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat for 1 minute until hot.
- 3. Add garlic and green chili to the pan, stirring for 30 seconds to release their aroma.
- 4. Toss in the sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and release their juices.
- 5. Add the chopped onion and red bell pepper, stirring frequently for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- 6. Stir in the cashews, allowing them to toast lightly in the pan for about 2 minutes.
- 7. Pour in the Pad Thai sauce and soy sauce, mixing well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- 8. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir thoroughly, ensuring the rice absorbs the flavors of the sauce.
- 9. Sprinkle with spring onions and chopped coriander leaves, mixing gently for 1 minute.
- 10. Turn off the heat and let the stir-fry rest for 2 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
