Ingredients
- 307 g Morinaga Firm Tofu
- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 250 g French Beans
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- - Rock Salt
- - Lime Juice-750 Ml
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 250 g Jasmine Rice
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and gently toss with rice flour to coat evenly.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry tofu cubes until golden and crisp on all sides.
- 3. Remove the tofu and set it aside, leaving the skillet with residual oil for cooking vegetables.
- 4. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, ensuring not to burn them.
- 5. Toss in julienned carrots, sliced green beans, and red bell peppers, stirring for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
