- 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons salad oil, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Mix well to create the marinade.
- 2. Cut 1 green pepper, 1 onion, 1 cup of mushrooms, and 1 cup of cherry tomatoes into skewer-friendly pieces. Add them to the marinade. Cover and let the vegetables marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even coating.
- 3. While the vegetables marinate, prepare the remaining ingredients if needed by ensuring all pieces are evenly sized for skewering.
- 4. Preheat your oven to broil or prepare a grill. Thread the marinated vegetables onto skewers, alternating the pieces for variety.
- 5. Place the skewers on a broiler pan or grill. Broil in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes per side, or grill over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes, turning frequently and basting with the reserved marinade until the vegetables are cooked through and slightly charred.
- 6. Serve the skewers hot with your choice of side dishes for a complete dinner.
