  • 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons salad oil, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Mix well to create the marinade.
  2. 2. Cut 1 green pepper, 1 onion, 1 cup of mushrooms, and 1 cup of cherry tomatoes into skewer-friendly pieces. Add them to the marinade. Cover and let the vegetables marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even coating.
  3. 3. While the vegetables marinate, prepare the remaining ingredients if needed by ensuring all pieces are evenly sized for skewering.
  4. 4. Preheat your oven to broil or prepare a grill. Thread the marinated vegetables onto skewers, alternating the pieces for variety.
  5. 5. Place the skewers on a broiler pan or grill. Broil in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes per side, or grill over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes, turning frequently and basting with the reserved marinade until the vegetables are cooked through and slightly charred.
  6. 6. Serve the skewers hot with your choice of side dishes for a complete dinner.
