- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- loose Ginger
- - PARACHUTE COCONUT OIL 100ML
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

- 1. Wash and slice the button mushrooms into bite-sized pieces for easy cooking.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, garlic, and ginger, keeping them ready for sautéing.
- 3. Heat coconut oil in a pan on medium heat and add the cumin seeds to release their aroma.
- 4. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent and slightly golden brown.
