Ingredients

  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Besan
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing yogurt, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ground cumin, lemon juice, ginger paste, and garlic paste until smooth.
  2. 2. Add paneer, bell pepper, and zucchini to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Place the marinated vegetables and paneer on the pan and grill until golden and slightly charred, about 6-8 minutes per side.
