Ingredients
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 200 g Paneer
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 200 g Dahi
- - Besan
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing yogurt, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ground cumin, lemon juice, ginger paste, and garlic paste until smooth.
- 2. Add paneer, bell pepper, and zucchini to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Place the marinated vegetables and paneer on the pan and grill until golden and slightly charred, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- 4. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a flat pan or tawa for 1-2 minutes to soften them for rolling.
- 5. Assemble the rolls by placing the grilled vegetables and paneer on the rotis, topping them with chopped cilantro, and rolling them tightly into wraps.
