Ingredients
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 250 g Hoi Momo Sauce Hot Red Chilli Sauce
- 100 g Curryit Tamarind Paste
- 850 g Kissan Tomato Ketchup (No Onion & Garlic) - Doy Pack
- 170 g The Gourmet Jar Wholegrain Mustard Paste
- 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 3/16 cups of chopped tomatoes, 1 1/2 teaspoons of chilli sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons of tamarind paste, 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup, and 3 tablespoons of mustard sauce.
- 2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly using a spoon until well combined. Adjust the flavor by adding more chilli sauce for spice or tamarind paste for tanginess, as desired.
- 3. Gradually add 5 1/16 tablespoons of tomato puree to the mixture, stirring continuously to achieve a smooth consistency.
- 4. Taste the sauce and make any final adjustments to the seasoning. Ensure the flavors are balanced and to your liking.
- 5. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl or gravy boat for immediate use, or store it in a lidded container in the fridge for up to a month.
