  • 270 g Protein Chef Multigrain Double Protein Bread (64G Protein Per Loaf)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, tomatoes, green chili, ginger, and garlic for the masala base.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add the cumin seeds until they sizzle.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally to avoid burning.
  4. 4. Stir in the ginger, garlic, and green chili, cooking for another 1-2 minutes to release their aroma.
  5. 5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and form a thick paste-like consistency.
  6. 6. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, and salt, cooking for 1 minute.
