- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 100 g Salt

Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and lightly pat dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Chop carrots, bell peppers, green beans, onion, and garlic into small pieces.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- 4. Add garlic and onion to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- 5. Toss in the tofu cubes and cook for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
